we shipped an antique table from Petersburg, Ill. We took out the insurance for the total of the item. When we received it was broken in several pieces. 1ZV148110342725520 It has been 5 weeks and the claim is still not settled. The Shipping Point shipped it.
How can we get this resolved and get our money back. We are certainly getting the run around and delays from both UPS and the Shipping Point.
Who is ultimitly responsible. Why do they encourage you to buy the unsurance.
